The challenge, starting tommorrow and ending Sunday, is to do twice as many, or at least 150 calesthenics a day. (So those of you who do slim to none won't get off easy :P)

If you would like to accept the challenge, comment with "I accept", the number of calesthenics you normally do, and your goal for each day.

I challenge all of you to have as few craving cave-ins as possible in the second week of February (2/8-2/14). Cave-ins on Saturday count towards the challenge, even if they don't count towards points.

Okay, I'll start. I challenge you all to have as few craving cave-ins as possible in the next week (2/1-2/7)! This includes Saturday (even though you don't lose points). Before accepting, keep in mind that junk food at Superbowl parties counts too!
